Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a room that was big and clean with a very comfortable bed, which I had booked and upgraded before. It was furnished with low-cost IKEA furniture. The service by the staff and general manager left us with good memories, especially thanks to Steve the Chef. The location was perfect for shopping in great malls or Tyuan Street, with easy access to the shopping district and near a metro station. The dining experience offered very good and delicious food with a variety of Chinese, Western, and Japanese selections. The facilities were top-notch.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were big and clean with a very comfortable bed, but everything felt outdated and could use a refresh. It wasn't the upgraded business executive room I expected, more like a standard room. On the positive side, I felt like a long-stayer with the resident manager's deities in the room, which added a unique touch.
The hotel rooms were surprisingly spacious and equipped with everything you might need, although they could use a modern refresh. The temperature control was a bit challenging as the room remained quite hot despite adjustments. The breakfast choices were good but felt more like standard options rather than special offerings.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are clean and comfortable, suitable for a standard stay, but with a noticeable smoking smell that could be off-putting. The service stands out for the friendly and helpful staff, despite occasional mix-ups in reservations. The location is central and convenient, great for exploring the downtown area, though the dining experience falls short of international standards.
The hotel is in a central location near Taiyuan street and the Liaoning Museum, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, though dated, are decent but have a persistent smoking smell that affected my comfort. The service was satisfactory but had issues with reservation accuracy. The dining options were varied but did not meet international standards. Overall, the hotel could benefit from renovations to modernize its facilities.
